Cylindrical roller bearings can withstand radial loads. Roller and ferrule friction is small; they are suitable for high-speed rotation. They can be divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and other single row bearings, and NNU, NN and other double row bearings, depending on whether they are ribbed or not.
Cylindrical roller bearing features:
a) Roller and raceway for line contact or to repair line contact; radial bearing capacity; suitable for heavy loads and impact loads.
b) Friction coefficient is small; suitable for high speeds; limit speeds with deep-groove ball bearings.
c) N-type and NU-type axial movement; can be adapted to thermal expansion or installation error caused by the relative position of the shaft; the shell changes can be used for free-end support.
d) The shaft or seat hole processing requirements are higher; the bearing is strictly controlled after installation of the outer axis of the relative deflection to avoid contact stress.
e) The inner or outer rings can be separated; they are easy to install and disassemble.
